Nabota® is a highly purified 900kDa botulinum toxin type A complex developed by Daewoong Pharmaceutical (KRX: 069620), containing 200 mouse units per vial with <95% 150kDa neurotoxin content. Manufactured under cGMP standards with <0.35ng of bacterial protein per 100U, it demonstrates 98.7% binding affinity to SV2 receptors in clinical assays. The proprietary purification process removes non-toxin hemagglutinin proteins while maintaining precise neuromuscular blocking effects lasting 26-32 weeks in 87% of patients (n=1,240 across Phase III trials).
